This winter, the #DubaiDestinations campaign is back to highlight the attractions and experiences that make the emirate a top choice among international travel destinations.
The collaborative operation, run by Brand Dubai, the creative division of the Government of Dubai Media Office (GDMO), showcases a variety of things that people can do and see while taking advantage of the excellent winter weather.
Dubai this season offers residents and visitors incredible adventure, entertainment, food, art, culture, sports and fitness activities, and more.
The campaign tells the tale of Dubai’s rise to prominence as one of the top winter travel destinations in the world by utilizing interesting content from a variety of stakeholders.
In order to emphasize the activations and experiences the most recent campaign would be showcasing to local and international audiences, Brand Dubai hosted an event for the media, influencers, and content creators at the Government of Dubai Media Office to commemorate the launch of the campaign.
The #DubaiDestinations website, www.dubaidestinations.ae, which will offer guides relating to the campaign, was also introduced by Brand Dubai.
Dubai is one of the world’s famous travel destinations. The emirate was named the “greatest winter sun destination in the globe” in a global research published late last month.
Dubai has been tagged on Instagram more than 111 million times and has the most winter-related ‘things to do Google searches worldwide, with a total of 55,000.
The famous city is also blessed with more than eight hours of sunlight each day and a comfortable average wintertime temperature of 20.4 degrees Celsius. Dubai was also listed as the second-best winter destination for digital nomads.
The #DubaiDestinations campaign once again brings together government entities, industry stakeholders, the creative community, and the media to offer a new window into Dubai’s exciting winter destination experiences,” said Mona Al Marri, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and Director General of the Government of Dubai Media Office (GDMO).
The campaign is a celebration of the locations, events, and attractions that make the season special. The effort will highlight Dubai’s enviable culture, intriguing cuisine, immaculate beaches, breathtaking mountain scenery, distinctive modern lifestyle, exhilarating adventures, centuries-old heritage, and futuristic cityscapes.
Until February 2023, the #DubaiDestinations campaign’s current season welcomes the local and international population to enjoy Dubai’s numerous winter attractions on land, in the sky, and on the water.
The collaborative campaign’s overall goal is to increase Dubai’s appeal as a travel destination that provides enriching experiences and adventures. the basic theme of the campaign is “Land, Sky, and Water.”
“ The Dubai Municipality, the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, the Dubai Sports Council, the Roads and Transport Authority, Nakheel Properties, Shamal, Emaar, Al Serkal, the Majid Al Futtaim Group, the Dubai Design District, Dubai Holding, and the Merex Investment Group are some of the campaign’s principal partners”
The creative initiative will highlight a variety of top-rated experiences for people of different tastes and age groups at its beaches and waterfronts, public parks and entertainment venues, top-notch hotels, restaurants, and natural attractions in the Al Marmoom area and Hatta, according to Shaima Al Suwaidi, Director of Brand Dubai.
As part of Brand Dubai’s goal to raise Dubai’s status as a must-visit destination, the collaborative storytelling campaign will deliver fascinating material about Dubai’s winter locations and activities through guides, inventive videos, and social media.
The newly launched #DubaiDestinations website will enable users to access the most recent information about the winter campaign, helping to further increase the visibility of the city’s top attractions and leisure spots while capturing Dubai’s distinct winter atmosphere, according to Al Suwaidi.
Some of the emirate’s most talented creatives, including influencers, photographers, digital media content makers, animators, and videographers, came together for the #DubaiDestinations summer campaign earlier this year to produce captivating material for both conventional and new media. Over 150 influencers and content creators participated in the campaign, which received a lot of interest from the creative community as well as from families and tourists.
The new #DubaiDestinations winter campaign will increase awareness of the events, shows, activities, festivals, and sights that make Dubai a unique winter attraction.
